This is an amazingly detailed piece (down to the little rooster that pops out to crow at the top of the hour). It works perfectly! It measures approximately 25.5" high (from the top of the clock to the bottom of the "weights") x 11.75" wide x 4.5" long.This is in gently pre-owned condition from a non-smoking collector's home. No tag, no box or styrofoam (experienced shipper...see below). It is in excellent gently pre-owned, displayed condition with light wear but no damage of note. Please review the photos to ensure that the condition meets your expectations needs I have dusted it (including the nooks and crannies with a Q-tip), but it may require additional cleaning. This piece takes 2 "D" batteries and 1 "AA" battery. Made sure to insert BOTH (I should admit right now that I missed the AA battery the first time I was inspecting and thought the clock didn't work...it's important! LOL! The directions for setting the time are INSIDE the rear panel (DO NOT move the hands and DO NOT set counter clockwise press the reset button AND use the hand adjustment inside the back panel to move CLOCKWISE). The rooster comes out and crows at the top of every hour (there is a switch at the bottom to turn him off or turn his volume down). Please note, as designed, the number of crows do not match the time! It gets a little obnoxious, so thank goodness for the "off" button...There will be no batteries included in shipping, and the pendulum will be removed to prevent damage. The two "faux weights" will remain attached, but will be wrapped separately to avoid damage (please unpack carefully!). IMPORTANT: Again, this is a pre-owned estate item.
